F7 Error Message Troubleshooting GuideUpdated a year ago

If you are getting a F7 error code with your Brio Water dispenser, this typically indicates continuous water production for 90 minutes without the reservoir being full, which may be due to a leak or moisture affecting the sensors.

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1.  Power Off and Valve Closure: Turn off the machine and close the water inlet valve.

2.  Check for Water Leakage: Inspect the bottom of the machine inside the cabinet for any water presence. If you find water, please dry off the sensor found at the bottom base of the cooler.

3.  Filter Check: Assess whether the filter needs replacement. Filters generally have a lifespan of 6 months to 1 year, depending on usage. If it's past this period, we recommend replacing the filter.

4.  Drain Reservoir Tanks: Utilize the drain outlet located at the back of the machine to drain the reservoir tanks.

5.  Restart the Machine: After completing the above steps, turn on the power and open the water inlet valve to refill and restart the machine.

These steps should help resolve the F7 error. If the issue persists, we would like to assist you further. Contact us and provide us with:
