Water Cooler System RebootUpdated a year ago
If you are having an issue with your Brio Water dispenser, one of the first methods of troubleshooting is doing a system reboot of you cooler. Here are the steps:
1. Turn the switches off on the back of the cooler.
2. Unplug the cooler for 2 hours.
3. Once the 2-hour time frame has arrived please plug the unit in.
4. Dispense some water from each water button.
5. Turn on switches on the back of the cooler.
6. Allow 10-15 minutes for the unit to reach the desired temperature.
